Giles is a Chartered Accountant and Law graduate with long and successful experience in complex tax investigations as well as in audit, accounts, management consultancy and fund raising through venture capital & flotation. Giles’ main strengths are his ability to speak plain English and having a logical and analytical mind which enables him to solve complex problems for clients. Giles aims to add value to a clients business: helping to achieve growth, efficiency and profitability. He lists his interests as cars and football.
Marc Ross LLB (Hons) FCA MABRP
Marc is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. With his comprehensive professional experience, he regularly assists individuals and businesses. Marc’s broad range of skills means he can service all his clients’ needs from personal tax returns to providing innovative and practical advice to help develop their companies. Marc’s expertise is in complex tax investigations and solving the problems of under-performing businesses. He lists playing and watching sports as his interests.
Alex Bloch BA (Hons) ACCA
Alex is a Chartered Certified Accountant and an economics graduate from The University of Manchester.
Alex was recently made partner and has quickly grown his client base. His strengths are identifying clients (existing and potential) who would benefit from migrating to cloud based accounting as well as a range of other services from advising on annual accounts, auditing, personal tax returns and tax incentives such as the EIS scheme. He also uses digital transformation to provide clients with real time information that he feels is crucial to making informed business decisions.

Craig Attle MA (Hons) ACA
Craig graduated from the Heriot Watt Business School in Edinburgh with a Masters Degree with Honours in Accounting and Finance in 1998. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003, specialising in the areas of audit, accounting and tax. Craig also deals with the firms technical development and student training. He lists his interests as films and reading.
Tim Keeley BSc TEP CTA (Fellow)
Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the International Tax Planning Association. His tax career began in 1972 when he joined the Inland Revenue, and continued after serving as a District Inspector of Taxes to join private practice in 1987. Tim specialises in personal tax planning, at both a UK and international level, producing workable solutions to difficult problems. His knowledge and experience are regularly called upon by a wide range of clients and professional advisers. Tim is also a regular speaker on taxation matters, including foreign domicile taxation.
Billy Chung For Yuen BA FCCA
Billy is from the island of Mauritius. He graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and Information Management in 1998. Billy qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002. He specialises in audit, solicitors’ accounts rules and taxation.
